Jiangsu Star Lighting Co.，Ltd is located in Yancheng, an important regional center city in the Yangtze River Delta, known as the "Eastern Wetland Capital, Fairy Crane and Deer World". Belonging to Hangzhou Yulin Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., it officially signed a contract with Yancheng Environmental Protection Science and Technology City Management Committee on December 8, 2020, and completed registration on December 22, 2020 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan.

The total planned investment for the project is 200 million yuan, to be carried out in two phases. Among them, the equipment investment is over 50 million yuan, purchasing Japanese imported Yamaha SMT surface mount production lines, LED filament lamp automatic production lines, intelligent detection equipment, etc.

The company has hired the Director of the Semiconductor Lighting Special Committee (ClES) of the Chinese Lighting Society and the Chairman of the SEMILED China Industry Committee as our strategic advisors; Hiring Professor Shao Lihuan, Master's Supervisor, and Senior Engineer of Circuits and Systems at Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology, as the technical consultant. The R&D investment plan accounts for 5% of the sales revenue, focusing on the optical application research of the physiological and psychological effects of light on humans.

The company's product layout consists of four major sections. Firstly, the LED intelligent filament lamp uses Tmall Genie and international graffiti modules, and color temperature and brightness control can be achieved through voice and APP; The second is LED health commercial lighting, which integrates full spectrum light sources close to sunlight into commercial lighting fixtures and applies them to office buildings to improve light quality, enhance lighting environment, and protect eyes; The third is LED educational lighting, which can be customized with spectra and controlled by intelligent systems to independently detect the activities of classroom personnel in class and self-study modes. When there is no one, the equipment will automatically turn off, protecting vision while saving energy and reducing consumption; The fourth is LED smart street lights, which combine dimmable LED street light heads, smart street light poles, and smart control systems. While meeting the needs of road lighting, it integrates environmental monitoring, video surveillance, RF signal induction, emergency call alarms, information dissemination, and other functions. It can also provide convenience such as WIFI signals and charging stations. Preset multiple scenario modes, coordinate and communicate with each module to achieve intelligent management, thus creating a smart street, smart park, and smart city system.

The company's sales system layout is globalized, with broad market prospects. It sells domestically to well-known listed companies such as Sanan Optoelectronics, Sunshine Lighting, Kaiyao Lighting, and Lidaxin; Through exhibitions and international official websites, we expand our international channels and export our products to Europe, North America, South America, Southeast Asia, and other regions to earn foreign exchange.
